I am a UX/UI designer with a background in Industrial Design and a deep passion for design and problem-solving. I am also a full-time engineer working in hospitality. My experience in hospitality has significantly heightened my empathy and attentiveness to guest inquiries. This has driven me to create solutions for real world challenges, including the Bossdefrost, a defrosting apparatus that conserves water; ADA bed stabilizers for ensuring bed stability for guests with disabilities; a COVID-free scan badge holder for touch-free badge scanning during the pandemic; and a custom-fabricated door lock gear for a hotel brand, to resolve issues with stuck doors. With the same energy and passion, I conceived and developed a user interface app to address common guest complaints in the hospitality industry, enhancing guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Additionally, created an e-commerce platform dedicated to promoting eco-friendly products for consumers committed to positive environmental impact.
